  I’m sick to death of this shop now! This used to be a staple for me, I got suit after suit of good quality 140s wool, shoes, shirts.. all good quality. The quality edge seems to have dropped - the suits aren’t really what they were. This shop in particular however, it’s more the staff that are spoiling it. I’m sick to death of being followed around the store like a shoplifter after I’ve already said I don’t need assistance. Today I went to have a look at a pair of shoes which I’ve purchased before, a good few years ago and they fitted like a glove. Perfect. I went to buy the same pair and found them too tight. The sales advisor insisted the shoe design hasn’t ever changed and my feet are the problem!!! Well my fuzzy haired friend, here’s a quote from your own bloody website: “We did make a slight adjustment to the style of our shoes around 12 months ago, aimed at providing a better all-round fit. I'm sorry this hasn't worked out well for you however and I will certainly ensure your feedback is passed through accordingly.” Martin seems to be the only decent chap left in the store, however I doubt I’ll be back now.

  Fantastic Company, Excellent Quality Products A few items have been purchased from there now and every single one has been great quality. At one point I had an issue where I had purchased a top which was the wrong size, even though I had worn it a few times they were still happy to exchange it.
