I would like to thank the young lady on the women's department of the store today (28/08/16) for her help, after travelling to the Cheshire oaks from Abersoch I thought I was going to have a wasted journey to the store after being ignored by another member of staff, however this young lady went what I believe was above and beyond to help me today and even convinced by to buy a second pair of shoes on top of the ones I had already brought, I would like to thank the young lady for her lovely personality, I believe she is a treasure to the store and I hope she does see this and gets the recognition she deserves.
